However, every single day, people wake up in pain, go to work in pain, come home in pain, live their lives in pain. Chronic pain and poor posture are the accumulation of old injuries as our bodies adapt to pain. I’m not talking about the type of pain that follows a sudden injury. I’m talking about the low-grade, constant, you-can’t-get-away-from-it pain. The kind of pain that makes you stop doing the things in your life that you used to enjoy. Many people actually start to think of this sort of pain as simply “a normal part of their day”.

Chiropractic works to break this cycle and get you back to your daily routine pain-free. As a chiropractor, I work with you to correct and release areas in your muscles and joints that are causing the pain. The last 25 years of helping patients realign their bodies and correcting weaknesses has taught me that much of the chronic pain from past injuries is not an inevitable part of the aging process.
